Frem Congratulates Hajj on Starlink Launch and Telecom Regulatory Authority Overhaul

The Chairman of Project Watan’s Executive Board, MP Neemat Frem, praised Telecommunications Minister Charles Hajj for two major achievements: introducing Starlink in Lebanon and reforming the Telecom Regulatory Authority.

Posting on X, Frem said: “All appreciation to my friend, Minister of Telecommunications Charles Hajj, for the remarkable achievement of launching the Starlink service in Lebanon – not only for being the first to introduce it, but also for building a national consensus around it, which is an achievement in itself.”

He added: “We also congratulate him, and Lebanon, on reforming the Telecom Regulatory Authority, which we hope will advance a sustainable, long-term national plan that successive governments can adopt.”
