Frem: Pascal Sleiman is the victim of the failure of the Rule of Law and the reign of Jungle Law

“Your martyrdom is a new sacrificial offering alongside the convoy of Lebanese martyrs”

In a post on his X account, the chairman of Project Watan’s Executive Board, Deputy Neemat Frem, eulogized Pascal Sleiman, head of the Lebanese Forces' Jbeil district office, who had been killed after being kidnapped on Sunday.

He wrote: “It is with great sorrow that we received the tragic news, after having hoped for the safe return of a young man who fell victim to the failure of the Rule of Law and the reign of Jungle Law.”

He added: “I am writing this letter and heavens are weeping with us, Pascal. May your soul rest in peace; our deepest condolences go to your wife, your children, your family, the Lebanese Forces party, and to all your loved ones.

We hope that your martyrdom is a sacrificial offering alongside the convoy of Lebanese martyrs. Jesus has risen.”
